How to install and use our printers and scanners.

Printing Instructions

Mac or PC

  • From System Preferences or Print, dropdown menu locate “PRINTERS & SCANNERS”
  • Locate and select the “+”
  • All air printers will be listed
  • Select either: Xerox VersaLINK B600 or HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series Select “ADD”
  • You will now see the “Xerox Versalink B600” in your list of available printers.
  • If you don’t immediately see “Xerox Versalink B600” you may need to refresh the printer menu by closing it and reopening it.

HP all-in-one add Scanner Instructions

Mac or PC

  • Go to https://123.hp.com/us/en/
  • In the search box type – “HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer”
  • Make sure your printer is powered on
  • Install HP Smart to complete setup
  • Install the drive to begin printing and scanning using HP Smart
